MONTHLY LAUNCH MEMBERSHIP

We are excited to announce that we will now be offering monthly launch memberships that will include unlimited launches valid 7 days a week! Hours will be from 7 am - 8 pm Monday - Thursday and 7 am - 10 pm Friday - Sunday, or outside of these windows with prior approval from management.

Membership Options

UNLIMITED - $175/month and includes unlimited use of both the sports courts AND the boat launch for your entire immediate family. Non family members can join in the fun of the sports courts for $5/day/person.

LAUNCH - $99/trailer or $70/vehicle w/o trailer (Kayak, SUP, etc).

FAQ

Membership is non-transferable, can not be assigned or sublet. Memberships holder must be present at all times.
Launch pass does not include sports courts, they available for an additional add on of $7/person/day
Call/text 830-444-5879 for launch access if the gate is closed and we will open it up for you.
All members must sign the waiver 1 time per year.
Memberships are automatically renewed according to the type until 30 days written notice is given by either party.
Members will be notified with a written notice minimum of 30 days with any price increase or changes.
Unfortunatly we do not have a swimming or fishing area at this time, therefore no swimming or fishing from the shore, docks, marina, bank, or boat ramp. Your welcome to fish from your boat or kayak.
Shuttle service to/from the ramp is not guaranteed, but will accommodate when possible.
Access outside of posted hours with prior management approval.
Violation of Resort rules will result in termination of Membership.

Boat Launch Status as of 6/23/25

Open for non-motorized and motorized boats!

We are excited to announce the opening of our new concrete boat ramp! The water has risen enough for boats, as well as kayaks and SUP! Below are the details:

-Launching Saturday - Sunday from 7 am - 5 pm, with the gates closing at 8 pm. You're welcome to stay on the water past 5 pm, just no new put-ins after 5 pm please. Looking to launch outside that window? Text/call 830-444-5879 (launch by appt during the week)

-Limited capacity to 15 boats per day, reservations suggested and walk ups if space allows.

-$35 Launch fee motorized, unmotorized $25, additional vehicle parking pass is $10/day.

-Must be able to safely back up long distance down the ramp.

-Unfortunately, our Marina is not open yet so just daily launch and no overnights.

-We do have a small tie off dock to aid in loading and unloading your boat only.

-No glass containers, please haul out your trash to dumpster.

-Restroom facilities available for your use.

-Everyone through the gate must sign the waiver.

-NO SWIMMING, FISHING, OR WADING from our shores or marina. You are welcome to swim, fish etc from your boat to your hearts content!

-EVERYTHING SUBJECT TO CHANGE DUE TO LAKE LEVELS AND MANAGEMENT DISCRETION.

-CALL BEFORE YOU HAUL!

- We will be selling memberships this fall if the lake continues to rise.
